This course examines some of the increasingly complex and diverse issues confronting humanity. It examines the great diversity of opinion that people hold on important global issues, such as population, natural resource utilization, development, human rights, and values.   1. Identify the origins of the Mexican cult of death.
  2. Demonstrate an improved knowledge of world geography.
  3. Explain how global issues can be viewed from an international and multicultural perspective.
