This one-credit seminar course uses presentations and readings to introduce students to a series of contemporary issues and research in marine biology. - Demonstrate critical reading, analysis and writing skills as they apply to understanding the scientific method as used in marine biology.
- Contribute meaningfully to class discussions on the contemporary marine biological issues and research topics discussed.
