The history major at the Farquhar College of Arts and Sciences, is composed of a variety of special-topics courses focusing on issues of current importance, such as the terrorism and genocide. Some of the additional unique courses that have been offered at NSU through the major include: Origins of the Cold War, The Holocaust, The Great Depression, The Vietnam War, and Modern Middle East.
