The Division of Performing and Visual Arts offers academic programs and organizations focused on the broad spectrum of the arts. Major and minor programs offer theoretical and practical training in art, dance, music, and theatre, as well as in arts administration.
The division sponsors a number of activities and events throughout the year. Extracurricular opportunities and partnerships with South Florida arts organizations provide many venues for students to perform, exhibit their work, and gain practical experience in production and arts management.
Areas of Study
Undergraduate Majors Art Pre-Degree Granting ProgramsStudents who have not yet chosen a major or are working toward meeting the matriculation requirements of their desired major may enroll in a pre-degree granting program. Students must declare a major prior to graduation. Minors |
